John has been developing software systems for more than 20 years. John got his start when he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (cum laude) from the University of Dayton. He then embarked on changing the world one system at a time.
John worked for Electronic Data Systems (EDS), now part of Hewlett-Packard, for more than 18 years. At EDS, he was a Team Leader and Software Developer for dozens of custom software applications, including those for General Motors and Delphi Automotive Systems. Just before joining DB Services, John worked with the US Department of Defense to build an Accounts Payable system that saves billions of taxpayers’ dollars by preventing fraud in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Today, John and his wife are proud parents of 2 teenage boys. When he's not busy raising his boys, John enjoys playing the piano, traveling the country (when possible), and reading fiction.
