FileMaker Developer
We are looking to hire a FileMaker developer to work full-time in our Indianapolis office. We are particularly interested in someone with strong communication and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
Applicants will be responsible for the following:
- Develop (through training provided) proficiency in the FileMaker product line
- Work closely with Business Project Manager and other FileMaker Developers to design, implement, and maintain systems with a high level of quality
- Design screens, write and test code/scripts
- Utilize understanding of system analysis (ERDs and workflow diagrams)
- Work with project management tools daily
- Regularly communicate in writing tasks accomplished
Requirements
Applicants need to meet the following requirements:
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to perform job functions with a minimum of supervision
- Exhibit signs of creativity and a positive attitude
- Team player
- Strong understanding of relational database design
- Solid programming skills
- B.S. degree in technical field (physics, math, sciences) or equivalent
- Familiarity with FileMaker, mySQL, or PHP is a plus
- Ability to provide samples of your development work is a plus
